  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
