Key Roles & Responsibility

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans *if needed
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors *if needed
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

    Site Supervision

    • Oversee daily site activities and ensure work progresses as planned.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
    • Solve on-site problems and provide technical guidance to workers.

      Resource & Team Management

      • Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
      • Supervise site staff and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and discipline.
      • Conduct site meetings to review project progress and resolve issues.

        Health & Safety Compliance

        • Ensure all workers follow safety guidelines and protocols.
        • Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
        • Budget & Cost Control

          Monitor project expenses and control wastage.

          • Work with procurement teams to source materials cost-effectively.

            Documentation & Reporting

            • Maintain site records, including work progress, safety reports, and material logs.
            • Prepare and submit reports on project milestones and completion.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in site supervision and project management, preferably in construction or interior fit-outs.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and construction software.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
  • Other: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
