Photo Editing

  • Retouch and enhance children's portrait photography to maintain a natural yet artistic visual style.
  • Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and skin retouching while preserving the authenticity of the subjects.
  • Organize and categorize raw images, selecting the best shots for final edits.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects, aligning with the company’s artistic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers to understand their creative vision and ensure the final output meets client expectations.
  • Prepare and optimize images for both digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest photo editing techniques and software.

    Photo Printing & Production

    • Manage the photo printing process, ensuring color accuracy, sharpness, and high-quality output.
    • Operate and maintain photo printers and printing equipment, adjusting settings for the best print quality.
    • Conduct proofing and quality checks to ensure the final prints match the edited digital files.
    • Prepare images in different formats and sizes for albums, framed prints, and other custom photo products.
    • Work with external print vendors when necessary and ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
    • Keep track of printing supplies, materials, and equipment maintenance.

  • Minimum Education: Relevant experienced are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or other professional editing software).
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and color correction.
  • Ability to enhance images naturally while maintaining the innocence and warmth of children’s photography.
  • Experience in portrait retouching, especially for children's and family photography.
  • Knowledge of photo printing techniques, color calibration, and print production.
  • Familiarity with different paper types, print materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with photographers and clients.
  • Able to work independently within tight deadlines and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
