Responsibilities:
- To conduct handle enquiries regarding APEL.
- To give general guidance to APEL learners.
- To maintain an enquiry log, progress monitoring database.
- To assist in preparation of APEL-related reports and documentation submissions.
- To liaise with other departments in the University for APEL processes and related matters.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Meticulous, well-organised, good time and management skills.
- Preferably with at least 2 year(s) of related working experience/ APEL or education industry.
- Good written and spoken English.
