Job Description
- Responsible for the operational aspects of marketing efforts, including but not limited to, setting up vouchers, landing pages, homepage assets, etc.
- Manage day to day invoicing and payments such as vendor creation in system and collection/updating of invoices and payment statuses.
- Liaise with Regional and Product Team for new features, bugs and errors
- Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments within the company
- Ensure smooth, accurate and timely execution of marketing efforts like campaigns/partnerships
- At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent command of English (mandatory)
- Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus
- Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive with a knack for getting things done
- Practical judgment concerning everyday matters is highly essential coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous project
- Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Thorough, attentive to details, highly proactive, resourceful, logical, critical thinker, has a growth mindset, team player, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
