- Overseeing property developments from empty plots of land to fully operational buildings.
- Researching the local property market.
- Evaluating development plans, taking into consideration a range of legal, social, financial and environmental factors.
- Preparing feasibility report for potential vacant land.
- Preparing and submitting applications for planning permission to relevant authorities.
- Analysing changes in planning policy and law that may affect property development.
- Liaising & follow-up with consultants and all relevant authorities.
- Visiting property sites in order to keep track of developments.
- Perform and manage all development policies, activities, instructions as required by company’s quality management system.
- Work closely with manager, development team and all other division throughout the project.
- Preparing and submitting necessary report required by relevant authorities and ensure dateline are met.
- Responsible for all property development (example: APDL, HDA Accounts & etc) application/termination from relevant authorities.
- Responsible for continuous development and improvement on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and carry out duties as and when required.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in any discipline or Professional Qualification in any other related field or 5 years of working experience in Property Industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with different salary range.
- Experience in the development from conducting feasibility study through to construction stage.
- Experience in housing development market strength and marketing strategic.
- Knowledge in relevant statutory requirement pertaining to property development by laws will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English in both verbal and writing
