Job description:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

2. Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns.

4. Training and Development:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

• Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

• Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.

• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees.

6. Compliance and Policy Management:

• Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

7. HR Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Participate in strategic planning and provide insights on HR-related matters.

8. Health and Safety:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies.

• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

• Address workplace safety issues and coordinate safety training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Mandarin speaker would be highly advantage
