Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development & Operations Executive based in WP Kuala Lumpur.

  • Support the Business Operations processes in the identification of market opportunities, strategic account planning, sales pursuits, Bid Defense Meetings, competitive intelligence, and lead generation initiatives across all Business Development functions to generate new business from existing and new customers
  • Research and operations

Identifies and provides cross functional leadership for programs and processes for the business unit

  • Develops and enhances processes and procedures for effective order and customer management

Manages the development and implementation of technology related systems procedures and standards

  • Determines and negotiates service levels that are quantifiable and measurable

Reports service levels to clients

  • Develop communications and collaboration programs to effectively engage with software engineers, consultants, support engineers, management and other internal stakeholders
  • Develop, deploy and execute new and established business processes across the Lab
  • Test the effective execution of new and established business processes

Qualifications</p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business Analysis to current market
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Govtech and Fintech industries is a plus
  • Good communication skills and attention to details
  • Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
  • Good in presentation skills
