  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Procurement Director will lead and manage procurement tasks for our Southeast Asia (SEA) data centers. This pivotal role entails overseeing multiple teams, ensuring seamless procurement operations, supporting pre-sales and customization tasks, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring contract compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive procurement experience in the data center industry, with a robust background in cost control, contract management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee procurement tasks in onboarding contractors, specialist consultants, A&A procurement, and resource management for SEA data center projects.

• Standardize procurement contracts, manage tenders, ensure payment compliance, and contract management.

• Maintain supplier/vendor databases, nurture relationships, and collaborate for seamless project delivery.

Team Management:

• Supervise Opex, Capex, and Supply Chain Procurement teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Develop and implement strategies for team optimization and continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Mechatronics/MEP, or related field.

• 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a large enterprise.

• Extensive experience in the data center industry with a focus on cost control and collaborative teamwork.

• Proven track record in supplier management and contract drafting.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
