Job Description:
• Developing Partner Ecosystems which include, but not limited to, public sector resellers, distributors, agents, academic societies, industrial communities, etc., in facilitating the business environment favourable to Alibaba Cloud in Malaysia.
• Developing partners proactively and dedicated in follow up actions to capture the rapid business growth of cloud business.
• Independent in driving sales, pipeline and revenue with channel partners assigned, with ability to promote Alibaba Cloud products and solutions for upsell / cross sell
• Responsible for partner enablement, joint business plan, and partner campaigns execution.
• Maintains accurate record of pipelines, sales forecasts & campaigns.
• Interfacing with HQ channel operation team for business direction and working closely with business development team from sales development, pre-sales, marketing, & support in fulfilling daily operations.
• Meet individual sales target and KPIs.
• Ensures partner’s quality and competence through reinforcing KPI, partner program and certification, e.g. ACA, ACP & ACE, requirement to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Strong team player and able to lead a project independently.
Responsibility:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cloud Computing or Engineering.
• With 10+ years of relevant experience in Cloud IaaS/PaaS , Software business from principle brand or SI/ISV/Distributor background.
• Solid partner management experience and proven record of driving and closing deals with partners.
• Distinctive problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Good speaking & written skills
• Possessing certificate for Alibaba Cloud Academy’s ACA & ACP is an advantage.
