We are seeking self-motivated Consultants - Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
  • Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality, and results
  • Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
  • Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
