IT Business Application

Responsibilities:

1. Support new IT projects implementation related to business applications, system integration, Operational Technology, and digitalization efforts across the company business. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

2. Provide IT support to end users within the business and ensure all IT systems are up and running.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems. Including but not limited to requirements gathering, blueprinting, system evaluation, development and deployment.

4. Develop, train, and maintain Sharepoint, PowerApp, or Power Automate solutions to digitize internal business processes and improve efficiency.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to IT security, data privacy, and technology governance to protect company assets and mitigate risks.

6. Work with stakeholders and greater IT team to develop and implement tailored IT support and solutions that align with company's goals.

7. Any other IT related functions when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 4 years of working IT experience in the related field (Manufacturing, Aviation, MRO industry experience is an added advantage).

3. Good knowledge in IT enterprise systems, cloud technologies, access management systems, Microsoft365, SharePoint, SaaS, Power Automate, IoT, and Digital Technologies.

4. Experience with enterprise system such as CRM, HRIS/HRMS, and/or Financial System (SAP B1).

5. Experience in IoT or operational technology solutions is an added advantage.

6. Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire) will be an added advantage.

7. Ability to learn, adopt, and implement emerging technologies (AI, Robotics, etc).

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

9. Experience in leading or driving IT projects.

10. Result oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player.

11. Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work well under pressure in highly regulated and business critical environments.
