Role Description

1. To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of production reports.

2. Advice maintenance personal to rectify the electrical or any facilities fault or malfunction.

3. Collaborate with relevant departments to draft and review WIs and SOPs, ensuring timely completion and continuous improvement of production processes

4. Lead and manage activities related to production support, updating delivery reliability progress/KPI reports weekly

5. To monitor and ensure production run according to production schedule.

6. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions

7. To train operator on machinery operating, cleaning and maintenance.

8. To rectify production issue, discuss with related personnel and solve the issue.

9. Identify, diagnose, and resolve process related problems

10. Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products, to meet safety, quality and cost indicator goals.

11. Support any other engineering and development activities

12. Provide training and guidance to technician to support day to day operation.

13. Report any issues and failure to the Superior.

14. To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.

Qualifications
