The IT Support Engineer will be responsible to provide guaranteed satisfaction technical support to the FatNinjas' customers and will be reliable to attend the ticket within the agreed Service-Level Agreement. As a senior team member, you must be knowledgeable in your area of expertise to troubleshoot technical issues faced by customers and to humanise technical terms when communicating with various stakeholders especially to customers. The candidate needs to possess a growth mindset and have a strong desire to continuously improve themselves independently.

What you will be doing

  • Able to identify, analyse, and troubleshoot technical issues related to PC,Printer, Network, Firewall, 3rd party application, Server Maintenance, Microsoft 365 end user troubleshooting.
  • Need to respond within the agreed Service-Level Agreement with customer.
  • Proactively performing services including but not limited to Server Maintenance.
  • Prepare incident reports and present it to the customer.
  • Hitting billable hours/work hours assigned to the customer
  • Committing to learning new technologies and adopting a learning habit.
  • Travel to customer’s site on necessity basis for critical customer issues
  • Manage and provide guidance to team members for specific high skill tasks
  • Update Customer Document Environment
  • Liaise with other technology providers on a need basis.
  • Advising and providing knowledgeable suggestion on how to approach troubleshooting issues based on process guidelines to the sales team.

Technologies and skills required

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

• Required language(s): English.

• Must have Technical skills: Computer Hardware, Network troubleshooting, Active Directory, Fortinet/ Fortigate/ Sophos.

• Added Advantage: Exchange,Microsoft 365, Managed services concept.
