Role summary and impact

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner based in Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent for GroupM agencies across the diverse markets. You will leverage recruitment technology and innovative talent attraction strategies, partnering closely with senior business leaders to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines. Your impact will be directly seen in the quality of talent acquired and the overall success of our team.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in data-driven recruiting within the digital, media, marketing, or advertising agency landscape.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment agency and/or corporate recruiting, with experience in senior-level hiring within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruitment decisions.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and excellent partnership skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach.
  • Keen problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Culturally sensitive with the ability to effectively partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex TA data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience, staying abreast of innovative recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Contribute in talent acquisition projects, including talent pipelining for niche roles, internal mobility programs, employee referrals, process improvements, candidate experience surveys, and talent insights.
