  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Resposnbilities

  • Will be responsible for the smooth closure of day-to-day operations like service request, face to face employee concerns / employee communications etc
  • Will be responsible for planning and calendarizing the weekly / monthly Induction for all new hires
  • Preparing for Employee Day 1 including activities like but not limited to Induction including Introduction of channel for raising the service request, Closure of Hard Copy P-File as per the country norms, Sharing Key Benefits, Policies of the country.
  • Will be responsible to ensure that monthly payroll register is signed off to avoid any misses – validation of HC, exits, any monthly inputs submitted by HR Ops team member.
  • Responsible for closure of assigned audits (both external / internal). Also working with the leadership (Country / Regional) on any observations / red flags raised by the auditor.
  • Working with the leadership on regulation change and identify the path forward.
  • Working closely with the HR Operations Hybrid team on coaching / guidance on service tickets etc
  • Driving key projects and automations by working closely with the teams to ensure effective and efficient work environment within the country
  • Create Report including but not limited to Data Load Workbook for Payroll inputs, Billing, Accrual, Enrollment, Cancellation, Payroll Validation, updating PESH for request/claim status update and other Accenture tools, coordination with 3rd party vendor, participate to UAT/audit, brown bag session, paper archiving, employee clearance etc.
  • Handle Tier 2 tickets/DHT
  • Attend weekly calls related to process

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations and payroll management and relevant industry knowledge of Malaysia
  • Experience in Workday as HR Analyst and Manufacturing industry
  • HR Shared Services background in employee data management with Singapore processing experience
  • Have experience in managing ASEAN region & Workday , servicenow
