1. Coordination office procedures and ensure operation of
equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements
2. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing,
copying, binding and scanning.
3. Managing office supplies such as stationery, uniform by
checking stocks and ordering to ensure regular supply
4. Answering phone calls and replying email to collect and
convey information.
5. Maintaining atmosphere and cleanliness of office,
implement 6S management to office.
- Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor, HR Manager, or similar role
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resource Practice
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations in Malaysia
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Language Skill: Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, Chinese speaking and writing as preferred
- Computer Skill should be high proficiency level
