Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input information into the system on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or document management roles
  • Familiarity with audit checks, document compliance, and file management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Experience with data entry systems or document management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with large volumes of data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, especially with document handling and data entry.
  • Ability to perform daily audits to ensure compliance and completeness of documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with various departments for form submissions and ad-hoc tasks.
