We are currently seeking a Intern, Retail to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

During the Internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

This role is to support retail outlets in all operational related queries including managing pick-ups, resolving delivery issues, advising partners about the shipments T&C and SOP. This role is important in sustaining uninterrupted service, reinforcing partner relationships, and safeguarding the company's reputation for reliability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • The intern will monitor ETA, and handle complaints, rescheduling, and special pick-up requests.
  • The intern will advise outlets regarding shipping T&C and SOP, including PIDG, oversize, and East Malaysia shipments, while tracking parcel statuses and resolving delivery issues like reroutes, damages, or missing parcels.
  • The intern will manage compensation claims by gathering documentation and coordinating with relevant teams to process and follow up on payments.
  • The intern will assist in system related queries, addressing occasional technical issues, and supporting finance tasks such as weight disputes and payment follow up.
  • The intern will handle administrative tasks, including preparing shipment reports, managing promotional materials, and assisting with compliance-related tasks.


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Retail Management or equivalent
