Role And Responsibility:

  • Provide timely day to day responses to quotation requests and cost analysis with objectives of meeting KPIs such as cost per Mb, quotation turnaround time and sales satisfaction.
  • Establish local loop and internet market prices benchmark to ensure costing from partners and Singtel Product are competitive.
  • Work closely with partners and Global Alliance to achieve a better cost structure to achieve good product margin.
  • Execute cost reduction initiatives from Singtel Product and Global Alliance with the objective of improving margin.
  • Conduct joint customer visits / calls with account managers to understand customer needs the needs of potential customers.
  • Build relationship with partners management to facilitate cost escalation.
  • Understanding of in-country regulatory framework and serves as a subject matter expert to Product and Sales.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well both independently as a pricing professional and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills - Advance Excel and interest in AI or machine learning
  • A good diploma or degree in Marketing, Financial or Business Studies
  • 3 + years working experience
  • Previous access (local loops) management experience.
  • Previous exposure in Telecommunication and ICT or IT related industry.
