JOB PURPOSE
Agency Registration/ Appointment/ Licensing
- To provide efficient administrative process for all distribution channels.
- To coordinate efforts for ‘Business as Usual’ matters in agency administration.
- To comply with regulators’ guidelines.
Agency Movement
- To process Agency promotion applications with details in reporting and updating in the system.
- To process and update Agency demotion exercise.
- To assist in preparation and distribution of Maintenance of Contract tracking report.
User Management
- UAT, Redmine, Testing, CR and CRMC meeting involvement.
- Ensuring efficient and effective management of user’s systems
Ad-Hoc Tasks
- To oversee ad-hoc tasks on transformation and growth to the Agency Administration especially digitalizing and automation of processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist AVP in executing daily operation and functionality of the department relating to Administration unit and system enhancement.
- Processing and execute task on registration/ appointment & administration for agency and other distribution channel.
- Processing and execute tasks on Agency promotion application.
- Processing and execute tasks on Agency demotion exercise.
- Processing and execute task on distribution of Maintenance of Contract tracking report.
- Processing MTA membership (New & Renewal) within the time frame given.
- Managing the administration of Go Prime (e.g. login access for all agents)
- Assisting in any audit issue pertaining to Administration & Agency Registration.
- Maintain and update unit issue log and Redmine related matter accurately and in a timely manner.
- Managing inquiry from internal & external (via Channel Administration’s email).
- Assist in generating agent’s master listing raw data reporting and CYNR pending report.
- Managing to ensure payment for MTA registration, MTA renewal, printing vendor, POS Malaysia and CTOS are in place, accurate and in payment is accordance to TAT.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing various strategies and standard procedures in the department to ensure that we meet sales and operational excellence standards and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure that department time and access are accurately coordinated.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to improve departmental processes/procedures.
- Approaches problems in a rational manner to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
- Maintain proper recording and filling system.
