  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on employee engagement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various initiatives such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and engagement programs.

Additionally, you will gain exposure to other core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training & development, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of HR practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Employee Engagement Operational Tasks:

  • Track attendance for engaging events, ensuring every moment counts.
  • Oversee birthday pack distribution, helping to make employees' days special.
  • Maintain and update the Employee Engagement (EE) calendar.
  • Assist in end-to-end event management, including drafting proposals, planning, and vendor comparisons.

Creative Communication & Poster Drafting:

  • Draft and design exciting content for various comms, pre and post every events.
  • Help with the creation of our global HR newsletter.

Photo & Video Management:

  • Capture the best moments at all events with photos and videos for records and future use.
  • Develop short and long video for the events conducted company-wide.

Internship Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.30 and above.
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English.
  • Required skill(s): Good coordination skills, project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Duration of internship: Minimum of 6 months, preferably able to start in March 2025.
