Role Description

We are currently looking for a Finance & Administration Manager on-site in Petaling Jaya. This can be a full time or part time role. We also encourage retirees or returning mums to apply. The Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage all accounting and finance activities, incl invoicing, supplier payments and monthly payroll
  • Establish and maintain financial reporting and cost calculation & cost budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • General administrative tasks, incl HR
  • General office management
  • Support CEO on strategic tasks & projects

Qualifications

  • Solid finance and accounting skills
  • Experience in general office management
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Relevant finance or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
  • Batchelor/MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Must be proficient in English & Bahasa
