Job Description

  • Drive the sales of Watsons OptimO media solutions to clients, ensuring a strong focus on delivering value.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of media sales, including digital advertising, ATL (Above the Line), and BTL (Below the Line) advertising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from Watsons OptimO media solutions, both within and beyond the Watsons ecosystem.
  • Develop compelling, customized proposals that effectively highlight the strengths and benefits of Watsons OptimO solutions. Present these proposals to clients, address their concerns, and provide comprehensive post-campaign reports to demonstrate campaign performance.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to understand their campaign briefs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate proposal terms to secure sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-department teams to ensure the seamless delivery and execution of campaign services, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital and ATL media sales or a related field, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse client audiences.
