Role Overview
Seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director across multiple businesses in property marketing, co-living, interior design, trading, and real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Manage schedules, meetings & communications.
• Business Coordination: Liaise with teams, track projects & follow up on tasks.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, handle correspondence & maintain records.
• Travel & Diary Management: Organize appointments & travel plans.
• Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in PA or executive assistant role.
• Skills: Strong organization, communication & multitasking.
• Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Languages: English required; Mandarin is a plus.
