Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes, including discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Transcribe meeting proceedings promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Format and organize minutes in accordance with established templates or guidelines.
- Collaborate with meeting participants to clarify ambiguous points or gather additional information as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Degree/Diploma in Company Secretarial (ICSA or equivalent) and/or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a company secretarial function.
- Professional qualification as a Company Secretary is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in minute-taking or similar roles preferred.
- Familiarity with business terminology and corporate meeting procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in word processing software and relevant digital tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
