Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Company Secretarial (ICSA or equivalent) and/or Law.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a company secretarial function.
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary is an added advantage.
Technical Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in minute-taking or similar roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with business terminology and corporate meeting procedures is an advantage.
