Mission
Become an indispensable partner to the Managing Director by proactively managing his schedule, inbox, professional communications, and general administrative needs, enabling him to prioritize and excel at the highest-value tasks within the company.
Outcomes
1. All Emails Prepped and Responded To Within 24 Hours
Ensure the executive’s inbox is organized, prioritized, and all responses are clear, professional, and timely.
2. Calendar Managed and Prioritized
Proactively organize and optimize the executive’s schedule to balance priorities, minimize conflicts, and support company goals.
3. Research and Recommendations Made for Various Projects
Deliver high-quality, actionable research and recommendations that support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
4. Office Administration Handled With Excellence
Maintain seamless execution of internal administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive and broader team.
5. Ad Hoc Tasks Completed Quickly and Excellently
Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling additional projects and requests with efficiency and precision.

Monthly Salary Range
RM4,000 - RM8,000 (depending on work experience, skill sets, and job fit)
