Endpoint Support Specialist (7-9YOE)

Job Description :
1. Prepare RFPs, Quotations and technical evaluation reports, policies and work processes related to the Field Engagement within the timeline given.
2. Prepare and propose specifications of computer hardware/software products that are suitable for the needs of users according to the allocated budget within the timeline given.
3. Asset lifecycle monitoring to ensure the record is updated.
4. Monitor and supervise the implementation of 'Preventive Maintenance' based on request for computer hardware/software and ensure its implementation is according to the schedule and checklist.
5. Supervise and monitor the IM/SR settlement of supervisory personnel in accordance with the predetermined SLA period.
6. Log in procurement through the Ariba system .
7. Ensure that every PC is installed with the latest printer on Printer Tech Refresh Project.
8. Vendor monitoring on new printer installation, issue, setup and escalation during project and BAU
9. Managing problem solving for problems related to the Endpoint Management Unit is carried out properly and in an orderly manner. Examples: Software malfunction, corrupt, virus attack etc.
10. Issue resolution and request fulfillment from users by using IT Service Portal as tracking system
11. Communicate with other Units/Sections to resolve issues related to Endpoint Management .
12. Review and take action on high/critical Endpoint issue.
13. Active involvement in PC/Notebook Tech Refresh project
14. Carry out tasks directed by supervisors from time to time.
15. Endpoint Support
Experienced in:
a. Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Vmware Workspace 1, Managing and automating Windows/Endpoint Lifecycle management.
b. Printer project and support
c. Endpoint Tech Refresh project experience
d. Support skill (2nd Level/3rd Level)
