About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Admin Officer to join their Purchasing Department. In this role, you will oversee the management of hire purchase agreements while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Print hire purchase agreements and other relevant documents for newly approved deals.
- Prepare e-Stamping, liaise with LHDN, and process payment requests.
- Witness customer signatories at branches on behalf of Auto Finance Executives.
- Perform document perfection, including preparing and verifying loan documents.
- Compile and organize agreements for stamping.
- Input data accurately into the system.
- Provide relief support at the front counter as a cashier and assist with customer service.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
