Banquet Operations:
- Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
- Ensure banquet rooms are arranged according to event specifications.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and event planners for food and beverage service.
- Oversee the timely and efficient execution of events.
- Ensure high-quality service and address guest requests promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and resolve any service issues.
- Gather feedback from guests to improve future events.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Assign tasks and ensure staff adhere to service standards.
- Train employees on banquet procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
Inventory & Equipment Management:
- Ensure banquet equipment, linens, and supplies are available and in good condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Oversee proper storage and maintenance of banquet items.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor proper food handling and beverage service procedures.
- Train staff on emergency procedures and safety guidelines.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
- Assist in controlling labor and operational costs.
- Track event expenses and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain banquet reports and event documentation.
- At least one (1) year of experience & knowledge in hotel F&B, Banquet, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English
- Ability to work as a team and flexible working hours.
- Capable of assisting in Halal documentation work.
- Strong Problem-solving skills and Attention to Detail.
