Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

* 5-8 years of relevant work experience in human resources, with expertise in compensation, benefits, and performance management methodologies and practical experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large internet companies.

* Familiarity with compensation structure design, benefits planning, incentive measures, and performance management, with the ability to provide innovative solutions.

* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of using data insights to optimize compensation and performance systems.

* Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively drive organizational change and implement solutions.

* Adaptability to an international work environment, with cross-cultural communication skills and fluency in both Chinese and English.
