The Finance & Admin Senior Executive will support the Finance Manager in operating TRIBE finance function, ensure proper and robust financial records are kept. The candidate will also assist with regular and timely financial reporting to management and support the smooth operation. As the company is moving and growing at a fast pace, a high degree of adaptability is expected and required for this role. We are constantly learning new things and adapting our strategy and activities accordingly.

Your Role

Support the Finance Manager in core finance functions, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and smooth operations. Adaptability is key in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Ledgers, reconciliations, payroll (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS), inventory.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing statements and generating operational reports.
  • Accounts Management: Monitor receivables/payables.
  • Audit: Manage the audit process.
  • Administration: Handle paperwork, staffing activities, and employee database maintenance.

Requirements

Accounting Degree (or related) OR finance experience with the potential to learn.

  • Tech-savvy: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
