JOB PURPOSE

  • The individual will be assisting the SAP Solutions Support Manager in overseeing the effective utilization of SAP system to fulfil client and customer requirements related to material master and customer pricing maintenance with the focus on Marketplace business in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster close working relationships with the team members in Marketplace and Client Services Department and all operational Business Department/ section related to material master maintenance and customer pricing related matters and process improvement implementations.
  • Responsible and accountable for new material creation, customer pricing, bonus maintenance, customer mapping and quota maintenance to ensure the requests from clients and customers are executed correctly.
  • Responsible for maintenance of data accuracy and adhere to KPI lead time with existing and future clients and customers that drives SAP functionally.
  • Understand the end-to-end process and how the material master and customer pricing maintenance functionally impact all downstream systems and transactions.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify potential issues and root cause and work with subject matter expert to develop solutions.
  • Support/ develop an automated process for importing and maintaining complex data sets.
  • Play a lead role in proactively planning, managing and disseminating reports, lists and ad hoc queries including performing quality control for all requested or needed reporting (internally and externally) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform regressions testing as and when required by Regional and local Team.
  • Attends, participates, and conducts meetings (internally and externally) including cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate. Able to set priority to meet tight deadlines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned when required.
