Role Description

This is an internship role for a Secretarial Admin/Customer Service/Relationship Intern at YES EMPIRE GROUP, located in Phileo Damansara 1, PJ.

What You'll be Doing

  • Handling client inquiries regarding company services or products
  • Obtaining testimonials or feedback from successful clients for marketing purposes
  • Ensuring the company’s growth and sustainability by collecting positive feedback (client success relations)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management to improve customer satisfaction
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Secretarial Admin - Customer Service/Relationship or any relevant courses.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Phileo Damansara 1, PJ (accessible via MRT Phileo Damansara)
  • Minimum period of internship is 4 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
