  • Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
