- Manage oce inventories and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and building management for any related issues.
- Perform other related duties as required by the superior or management.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Procient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
