  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

What You'll Do:

  • To perform 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting and incident management in LAN / WAN, Proxy, load balancer services and related network support in NOC operations.
  • Evaluate and identify root causes of incidents and implement fixes, permanent corrective actions, and improvements.
  • Manage and implement IT network infrastructure break/fix changes and simple design changes.
  • To troubleshoot network switches & routers’ issues within OSI layers.
  • Perform operating system upgrades on switches and routers.
  • Perform analysis related to capacity planning and craft proposals on the recommended change initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Networking and/or qualified IT-related certifications
  • Ability to write, read and communicate fluently in Mandarin (for China Support) would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably candidates with 6-7 years of working experience in IT / Network infrastructure related field.
  • Expert level of network operations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
