Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly support via chat, phone, and email—responding promptly and accurately.
- Act as the first point of contact for check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and check-out issues, taking full ownership of guest concerns.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues, including Wi-Fi resets, boiler repressuring, and other essential amenities.
- Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
- Proactively address concerns and provide creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay current with GuestReady's processes, tools, and system updates.
- Keep detailed records of guest interactions in our internal system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology and troubleshooting common issues.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
