Position Overview:

- Role-Playing Exercises: Lead role-play scenarios to enhance learning, allowing trainees to practice real-life hotel situations.
- Exams and Assessments: Administer and evaluate both oral and written exams to assess trainees’ comprehension and skill development.
- Tailored Training Programs: Develop training materials and customize programs based on the specific needs of different hotel properties.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and hotel management to continuously improve training effectiveness and product functionality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Hospitality Management, Certified Training or related field.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle diverse training scenarios, troubleshoot trainee challenges, and ensure the training is adapted to various learning styles and needs.
