  • Exams and Assessments: Administer and evaluate both oral and written exams to assess trainees’ comprehension and skill development.
  • Tailored Training Programs: Develop training materials and customize programs based on the specific needs of different hotel properties.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and hotel management to continuously improve training effectiveness and product functionality.
