Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instructional content in assigned ELS academic programs, as designated by the Academic Director or Academic Coordinator.
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans, exercises, and assessments tailored to meet student needs.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Maintain an organized and conducive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to coordinate attendance records, instructional methods, and evaluations.
  • Adhere to institutional policies and procedures while completing necessary administrative documentation.
  • Participate in professional development initiatives and administrative meetings to enhance both personal and institutional growth.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in classroom and staff areas, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Step in as a substitute instructor in emergency situations when necessary.
