What your day-to-day would look like?
1) Project Management
- Managing projects from end-to-end, including research planning, questionnaire design, survey scripting and reporting
- Monitoring of fieldwork progress and reporting
2) Working with People
- Working with other support team members – e.g., on translations of questionnaires to local languages, either independently or with support
- Through it all, you will receive guidance from the line manager and other senior members
3) Working with numbers
- Understanding of numerical data, basic calculations, and interpretation
- Familiar with data visualization in the form of tabulations and various chart types
How our ideal candidate looks like?
- Have good knowledge of statistical data analysis techniques
- Experience in questionnaire design and development
- Responsible, accountable and can work well without continuous supervision
- Demonstrate clear logical and analytical thinking, with great attention to details & multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills with reasonably good command of written and oral English language
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, resourceful and willingness to learn / relearn
- A constructive team player in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Prior experience in market research industry and agency environment
- Bonus: Have working experience as a quantitative market researcher
