Microsoft Intune and Security Analyst will manage and enhance the organization's device management and security posture using Microsoft Intune and other Microsoft security solutions. Job Scope:

  • Manage and Configure: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Security Monitoring: Implement and monitor security policies to protect organizational data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Incident Response: Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to users on Intune and security best practices.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on security metrics and Intune performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture.

  • Ensure 100% compliance of devices with security policies via Intune.
  • Deploy and enforce endpoint protection, patches, and configuration policies.
  • Manage user access, MFA, and role-based privileges securely.
  • Resolve Intune and security-related issues within SLA
  • Investigate and mitigate security incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and documentation

Functional Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in resolving complex technical issues and extensive troubleshooting experience with operational systems
  • Experience managing and enrolling devices using Microsoft Intune, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Proficiency in configuring device compliance and conditional access policies.
  • Hands-on experience configuring conditional access policies to enhance security.
  • Familiarity with compliance reporting and security baselines to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of integrating Intune data with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools for centralized monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft security tools (e.g, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender suite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
  • Awareness of emerging threats and cybersecurity trends.
  • Ability to work with IT, security, and business teams to align Intune management with organizational goals.
  • Skills in providing guidance and training to end-users regarding device security and compliance.
