Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department to ensure efficiency and effectively.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, leave policies, and other perks to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Lead high-level recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and executive hiring.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports for Management, analyze data on employee turnover, and identify trends and area for improvements in the HR function.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in HR operations, policy review, and benefits administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
