Job Summary:

1. Communication Strategy Development

• Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.

• Align communication efforts with brand identity and corporate values.

• Identify target audiences and tailor messages to effectively engage them.

2. Public Relations Management

• Draft press releases, media kits, and other materials for public distribution.

• Handle media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.

• Manage crisis communication to protect the organization’s reputation.

3. Content Creation and Oversight

• Develop and oversee content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, case study, whitepaper, social media posts, and presentations.

• Ensure all communication materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals and multimedia content.

4. Internal Communications

• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.

• Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and other employee-facing materials.

• Organize town halls, CSR events, and other initiatives to promote organizational culture.

5. Social Media and Digital Communication

• Oversee the organization’s social media presence and strategy.

• Create engaging content to promote brand awareness and engagement online.

• Monitor digital trends and respond to public feedback on digital platforms.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the point of contact for communication with stakeholders, including partners, dealers, vendors and community members.

• Provide regular updates and reports on organizational developments and achievements.

7. Measurement and Reporting

• Track and measure the impact of communication strategies and campaigns.

• Use analytics to refine messaging and improve engagement.

• Present findings and recommendations to HOD.

8. Others

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.

• Any other tasks as assigned.

Required Experiences :

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, mass communication, public relation, or other relevant.

• Min 5 years working experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role in manufacturing or construction industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft, Slack, Canva, Adobe and InDesign.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. (English and Chinese)

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.

• Crisis management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of branding and corporate communication best practices.
