Job Description – Corporate Communications and Data Center Experience Lead (Based in Johor)

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies for internal and external audiences to support company goals and initiatives.
  • Craft compelling written content, including press releases, internal newsletters, social media posts for events, and corporate presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure timely and relevant updates for employees across departments.

Data Center Site Visits:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for data center site visits, including scheduling, transportation, accommodations, and on-site management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all site visit-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Host site visits, providing engaging and informative tours of the data center facilities.
  • Ensure all site visit protocols, safety guidelines, and compliance standards are adhered to.
  • Track and analyze site visit feedback to continuously improve the visitor experience and align it with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, technical teams, leadership) to ensure alignment of corporate messaging and site visit objectives.
  • Work with external stakeholders such as clients, partners, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance corporate communications initiatives and site visit opportunities.
  • Support event planning and execution for large-scale corporate events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Social Media and Website Management:

  • Manage the company's social media presence across platform (LinkedIn) and website ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content.
  • Oversee the company website's content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with corporate messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive engagement with followers.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, event planning, or related roles, preferably in a technology or data center environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure and services is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, project management tools, and digital communications platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, website management).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video production, photography, or graphic design tools.
