Responsibilities

Credit Control:

  • Identify, reconcile and record daily collections accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with the solicitor every week for status documentation for each case and Purchaser for financial status.
  • Follow up with the end-financier for release payment advised by the solicitor.
  • Ensure timely billings, collection and loan documentation.
  • Senior roles: Manage and oversee the credit control functions for property projects.
  • Perform other duties as and when required.

Customer Care:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers' inquiries and complaints via phone, email or in-person.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and understanding, and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report customer service issues to the management team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration.
  • At least 1-4 years of working experience in credit control and customer service, preferably in the Property field
  • Experience in handling sub-sales and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Wiz system is an added advantage.
  • Experience with customer service scope of job is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in BM and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good debts recovery skills.
  • Positive, aggressive and have self-discipline.
