Responsibilities
Credit Control:
- Identify, reconcile and record daily collections accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with the solicitor every week for status documentation for each case and Purchaser for financial status.
- Follow up with the end-financier for release payment advised by the solicitor.
- Ensure timely billings, collection and loan documentation.
- Senior roles: Manage and oversee the credit control functions for property projects.
- Perform other duties as and when required.
Customer Care:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers' inquiries and complaints via phone, email or in-person.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and understanding, and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and report customer service issues to the management team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration.
- At least 1-4 years of working experience in credit control and customer service, preferably in the Property field
- Experience in handling sub-sales and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Wiz system is an added advantage.
- Experience with customer service scope of job is an added advantage.
- Fluent in BM and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good debts recovery skills.
- Positive, aggressive and have self-discipline.
