  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Head of Investor Relations to be responsible for establishing & maintaining relationship with current and prospective investors for Celceomdigi, as well as communicating the fund’s financial performance & growth strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IR team and report to Chief Financial Officer
  • Able to lead an effective IR annual calendar with quarterly briefings, general meetings, conferences and roadshows in order to enhance the company's relationship with existing shareholders, prospective institutional investors, debtholders and ESG rating agencies
  • Prepare all material relating to IR functions
  • Track shareholdings and share price movement for monthly Board and Management updates
  • Track competitor results and perform benchmarking exercises for industry peers
  • Track market consensus and monitor movement of rating recommendations and target prices
  • Act as a Project manager of Annual Integrated Report thematic reporting process and governance to IR stakeholders
  • Run market research and bench marking exercises for periodic monitoring of industry performances

Requirements

  • Finance/Accounting background is most preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis
  • Solid communications, writing and organizational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
