Job Description:

  1. Daily Task: Order processing and WBS creation.
  • Ensure orders/requests are process according to BO checklist.
  • Customer creation and shipping address in SharePoint.
  • Ensure 100% WBS creation accuracy and send for Team Lead review and release for WBS.
  • After approval, follow process flow to send for SO/PR creation and notify PM on WBS number.
  • Timely processing of order within 1 working day after receiving complete necessary documents.
  • Update ORV booking tracking log timely to track the order status upon received order from BU.
  • Send final email to all notified orders are booked with provide SO/PR and WBS number.

2. Revision: Planned revenue and Planned cost revision

  • Update ORV adjustment & Cost revision tracking log whener received revised costing sheet from BU.
  • Upon receiving revised costing sheet, review and do comparison table and impact calculation for the WBS.
  • Thereafter, perform necessary changes in system and notify relevant parties on the changes.
  • Timely processing of revision order within 1 day working day.

3. Consistent documentation exercise executed

  • Complete documentation saved in share point within 2 working days in Sharepoint after sending notified email to relevant parties.
  • Assist BU when requesting for necessary documents.

4. Support: To Business Unit & Delivery Team

  • Assist the customer promptly whenever issues are raised and ensure immediate resolution.
  • Take the initiative to go the extra mile in addressing and settling any issues.

5. Report: Monthly

  • Assist on RHQ report (Monitoring and actual cost more than planned cost) based on handling BU.
  • Given 5~7 working days for RHQ report.
  • Checking descripancies on ORV report based on handling BU after every month closing.
  • Given 1st day of new month before 3pm.

6. Backup within the team and assist on assigned Ad Hoc task if any.

Education/ Certification:

  • A degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certification which is equivalent.
