Job Description
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial service providers, including banks, schemes, and mobile wallet platforms, to enhance Lazada 's payment solutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Alibaba International's business goals and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and risk management, to streamline partnership integration and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor partnership performance, measure key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize value for both Alibaba International and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, regularly communicating updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for joint innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in financial services partnerships.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
- Solid understanding of the global financial services landscape, including credit cards, mobile wallets, and digital payments.
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with major financial institutions and technology partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services partnerships and a keen eye for compliance.
