Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and driven individual who excels at bridging the gap between digital media planning and data science. This role focuses on exploring and experimenting with cutting-edge martech and adtech tools, driving their adoption, and empowering media planning teams with data-driven solutions to enhance digital performance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Martech & Adtech Exploration: Continuously identify, experiment with, and assess emerging martech and adtech tools for their potential to transform digital planning strategies
  • Digital & Data Integration: Act as a vital link between digital planners and data science, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies and tools for digital planning teams
  • Advocacy & Implementation: Promote the adoption of advanced technologies within the agency, ensuring seamless integration into workflows and campaigns
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize coding expertise (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to analyze, model, and interpret data that optimizes the adoption and usage of new technologies
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation by testing and refining emerging technologies to uncover insights that can drive media planning and execution
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in martech, adtech, and digital innovation, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the agency

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in coding languages such as R, Python, and SQL, with a strong ability to manipulate and analyze data
  • Strong understanding of both data science and digital media planning, with at least 3 years of experience in digital planning
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for clients to implement various adtech products and effectively bridge the gap between strategic planning and technical solutions. Proven track record in exploring and implementing new martech and adtech solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and foster collaboration between data science and digital teams
  • A self-starter who actively pursues the latest developments in digital planning, martech, and adtech
  • A proactive, driven individual with a desire to push boundaries and embrace new technologies
  • Digital planners with an academic background in programming / scripting / coding are encouraged to apply
